Transport & Delivery
All our products are made and baked fresh for each order and packaged carefully into food-grade boxes & packaging. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we kindly request for careful & mindful handling during delivery and transport, and to inform any couriers or delivery handling associates (drivers, staff, etc.) to practice the same.
Made to Order Cakes & Graze Bouquets
Our most delicate and fragile items, we strictly enforce only self pick-up or scheduled deliveries by our team via Transportify, for all cake and Graze Bouquet orders. We do not allow transport via motorcycle or any similar vehicle service for cake deliveries. When shopping on our website, once Made to Order Cakes and Graze Bouquets are added to your cart, the default shipping options will only be self pick up and Transportify. Our default Mr. Speedy rates will only apply to orders without cakes & Graze bouquets.
All Other Products
Deliveries for all other products can be booked by the client if “Pick Up” is chosen upon check out. You may also opt to pick up your orders yourself from our Makati commissary.
If the delivery option is chosen, live Mr. Speedy rates are calculated upon check out based on the delivery address.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
As this is a food business, we do not accept returns for any product. However, if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to our team, and we will be happy to assist you to ensure that you have a good experience with us. We will be happy to replace any products that do not meet our quality standards.
